Do you take on client development projects?
Not as an open-ended agency engagement. The Blueprint is the consulting offer for founders. Western New York businesses that need a website should look at Mainstreet — a separate fixed-price product. The Factory builds 716 Ventures products, not client software retainers. If you need a traditional dev shop, we are not it.
What does The Blueprint actually deliver?
A written document: a review of your business and workflows, a prioritized map of where AI helps (and where it does not), and an execution plan your team can run without us. It is a document you can hand to your team, not a discovery-call recap.
Is the Fractional CTO a pressure upsell?
No. It is optional and only offered if the fit is right after The Blueprint. Most clients take the plan and run it themselves. That is the intended outcome.
What kinds of businesses does The Blueprint work for?
Small and mid-size businesses that are moving too slowly, spending too much on the wrong things, or unsure where AI actually fits. Enterprise and pre-revenue startups looking for a co-founder are out of scope.
